• To Develop, Implement And Promote Infrastructure Projects For Bring Up The Values.

• Building And Promoting The River And Coastal As The Destination For Tourism And Trade Center.

• Nurturing Awareness About The Importance Of The Rivers To The Community.

• Conducting Activities, Recreation, Economy And Tourism That Can Attract Tourists.  

• Provide Guidelines (STANDARD) Regarding With The Management, Business Use, Conservation And The Development Around The River And Coastal Area.
